Winter Workout Registration is Now Open!

Register today to secure a spot for winter workouts, spots are very limited!

Homewood Baseball & Softball is again providing a winter workout program to help prepare players for the upcoming season. Workouts will be held on the following dates from 4:00PM – 10:00PM at the HF Fieldhouse. Winter Workouts will begin in DECEMBER this year.

Dates:
Sundays
December 3rd and 10th.
January 14th, 21st, and 28th.
February 11th (No workout Feb. 5th for Super Bowl Sunday)

Times:
4pm-5:30pm
Bantam A (2018 9 & 10 year old girls)
Bantam B (2018 7 & 8 year old girls)

5:30pm-7pm
Rookie A (2018 7 & 8 year old boys)
Juniors (2018 11 & 12 year old girls)

7:00pm – 8:30pm
Ripken A&B (2018 9-12 year old boys)

8:30pm – 10:00pm
Babe Ruth (2018 13-18 year old boys)

*January 7th is Metro Tryout Day for some leagues (4:00 PM – 10:00 PM) times TBD. Leagues not having tryouts may have a bonus workout day. You will be notified by email if so.
